The first two-day format for EROAD Fleet Days will feature a speaker line-up which includes David Gordon (CEO, NZTA) and Carla Hoorweg (CEO, ANCAP).
Former Prime Minister the Rt Hon Sir John Key returns to the speaker roster after appearing at the 2024 event while also confirmed are Grant Baker (Chairman, Turners Group and Ferrari Ambassador NZ), and Mark Law (Kahu Helicopters).

There are plans for high performance demonstrations by drift star Mad Mike Whiddett and Kiwi WRC driver Hayden Paddon.
The focus of the event will remain on safety, efficiency and environmental innovations for both heavy and light fleet operators. New features for 2026 include a 4x4 Off Road test track and increased outdoor display space.
To date about 60% of the exhibitor space has been sold and tickets went on sale from the last week of April. It’s expected more than 2000 registered attendees will visit the event.
Among the confirmed heavy commercial vehicle exhibitors to date are Foton, Scania, the Volvo, Hino and UD brands from Sime Motors NZ, TR Group, eTrucks, JAC, Waimea Group, and Action Manufacturing.
Exhibits and presentations will showcase the latest industry innovations and test drive opportunities will be available.
Entry details will also be announced soon for the new Fleet Days Show & Shine contest offering a $5000 first prize.
The EROAD Fleet Days is regarded as the largest fleet management conference in Australasia. The 2026 programme runs 9am till 3pm each day with the expanded two-day format providing additional time for deep dive sessions and industry networking.
